PAK4L is provided as a SaaS platform by Tourbillon Tech Srl. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

• We act as a data processor under GDPR
• No resale, reverse engineering, or misuse of the platform
• Enterprise SLAs available on request
• Service provided "as is" with best-effort uptime

User Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Do not upload malicious or illegal content
• Respect rate limits and fair use policies

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your documents. We retain all rights to the PAK4L platform, including our AI models, algorithms, and software.

Limitation of Liability

PAK4L is provided as a tool to assist with document review. Final decisions and responsibility rest with the user. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated insights.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise requested.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
