1. Controller & scope

This Cookie Policy describes how Tourbillon Tech Srl ("PAK4L", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on app.pak4l.ai and related domains. It is aligned with GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, the Italian Garante guidelines of 10 June 2021, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements.

2. Types of cookies we use

Strictly necessary – authentication, session security, feature gating. These are always active and do not store personal data beyond the current session.
Analytics & measurement – privacy-friendly metrics (Plausible Analytics) that do not set third-party identifiers and aggregate usage trends to improve reliability.
Product experience – language selector, accessibility preferences, review wizard defaults.
Engagement – optional cookies that remember your interest in beta programs, webinars, or ISO packs.

4. Third parties & data transfers

Plausible (EU) for cookieless analytics. No IP addresses or unique IDs are stored.
Stripe for secure payments – stores a functional cookie only during checkout.
Auth0-compatible middleware (if enabled) for enterprise SSO, respecting organization policies.

5. Managing your preferences

You can modify your preferences at any time using the button below or the floating “Cookie preferences” control that appears after saving your choice.

You can also clear cookies via your browser settings (Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data; Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data; Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data).
